PRICING POLICY - For common jobs we give a fixed price and we take the risk that the job can be done for that price. For other work, typically major excavation work, we cannot foresee what is likely to be underground and so we are more likely to give an estimate. We always aim to keep within the estimate, but if we can't we will tell you as soon as we know, and will advise you what the likely cost will be.
